Another Low-Priority Deportation: forced to wait for bio-metrics in detention . . .
Bismarck has been detained at the Broward Transitional Center since March 12th, 2012. Bismarck's VAWA application has been accepted, yet ICE is refusing to release him. All that they need is Bismarck's fingerprints, so it makes no sense to keep him detained.
Bismarck is a low priority case and should be released immediately so he can be reunited with his wife and family. Help us stop Bismarck's deportation by signing the petition and making a phone call!
For each day that Bismarckis being detained inside Broward Transitional Center, as tax-payers, we are giving the GEO company $166 a day. To date Bismarck's detention has gained GEO over $17,000!
Bismarck is not a threat, demand ICE 'let him go!'
